My counseling & coaching services are designed to help clients improve the relationships with themselves and others in their life.

I offer a wide range of counseling services, including assessments, individual counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, and relational/life coaching. My services are online for convenience for my clients and in-person sessions can also be arranged. All sessions and treatment is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

In my 20+ years of experience, I have developed a wholistic approach to counseling and coaching, based on training in a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapies.
